Altatto is a quality vegetarian and vegan food experience founded in 2015. Its culinary journey respects the Italian territory and its products, its seasons and natural cycles and those who cultivate its different foods. Maddalena Selvini, together with the chefs Cinzia De Lauri, Giulia Scialanga and Sara Nicolosi, founded Altatto and covered the position of designer and creative director until 2017. The aim was to create a unique, sustainable and circular system in which the set, the food and the cooking process speak the same language to be part of one comprehensive experience.
