The atmosphere from the Bentoteca in Milan, run by chef Yoji Tokuyoshi, is intriguing and mysterious as when entering the woods, where all the colours and the varieties of materials like muss, leaves and moistered soil are blended with sharp rays and wet shadows. Maddalena Selvini studio designed a set of thermically treated pieces for the mise en place and coated the counter and some parts of the wooden furniture with a thin layer of pietra ollare.
